Job Summary

A leading Ferro Alloys manufacturer is hiring an experienced STP/ETP Operator for its integrated Ferro Alloys Plant located at Byrnihat, Meghalaya.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate STP/ETP equipment including pumps, blowers, mixers, filters, valves, and dosing systems.
Monitor plant parameters such as pH, flow, dissolved oxygen (DO), MLSS, sludge level, and chemical dosing.
Collect water samples and assist in laboratory testing.
Carry out routine preventive maintenance and report equipment faults.
Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of the treatment plant.
Maintain records of chemical consumption, maintenance activities, and plant performance.
Must have knowledge of wastewater treatment processes.
Familiarity with pumps, motors, blowers, pipelines, and electrical panels.

Requirements:




ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
5–10 years of experience, preferably in Ferro Silicon / Ferro Alloys.
