We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resources activities and support employees throughout the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive understanding of HR processes, and the ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Coordinate employee joining formalities, documentation, and induction programs.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Handle attendance, leave, employee queries, and routine HR administration.
Assist with payroll inputs, salary-related coordination, and employee advantages administration.
Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.




Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
Address employee concerns and assist in resolving workplace issues.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and internal events.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and other management reports as required.
Conduct exit formalities and assist with exit interviews.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Support management in implementing HR initiatives and organizational policies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
