Executive – Dispatch

We are looking for an Executive – Dispatch to manage the dispatch of machines and spare components to domestic and export customers. The role involves SAP-based dispatch transactions, packing and loading coordination, statutory documentation, logistics coordination, and dispatch reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Execute packing of spare components as per order confirmations received from the Order Center.
Perform SAP transactions including OBD (Outbound Delivery), TO (Transfer Order), and PGI (Post Goods Issue) for Spares, FOC, and STO dispatches.
Ensure complete and accurate dispatch of machines and spare parts along with required components and statutory documents.
Prepare and coordinate invoices, E-Way Bills, and other dispatch-related documentation as required.
Share timely dispatch confirmation/intimation with the concerned sales personnel.
Maintain systematic records of Spares, FOC, and STO dispatch transactions.
Ensure safe and proper loading of machines and spare consignments to prevent transit damage.
Coordinate customer returns, missing-in-transit cases, and transit damage claims.




Maintain adequate stock of packing and loading materials for uninterrupted dispatch operations.
Verify and process logistics and courier bills related to Spares and FOC dispatches.
Prepare MIS and operational reports for internal reviews and performance monitoring.

Required Skills
Working knowledge of SAP/SAP MM and dispatch-related transactions.
Knowledge of E-Way Billing and invoicing.
Understanding of dispatch and logistics documentation.
Positive coordination and follow-up skills.
Basic MS Excel/MIS reporting knowledge.
Ability to manage multiple dispatch activities and meet delivery timelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with hands-on experience in dispatch operations within a manufacturing workplace will be preferred.
Candidates should have practical exposure to SAP-based dispatch processes rather than only general warehouse activities.

Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
