Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Accounts & Finance to manage and lead the complete Finance & Accounts function. The candidate will be responsible for accounting, financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, MIS, audits, treasury, banking and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, General Ledger and Fixed Assets.
Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
Prepare monthly MIS reports and conduct variance analysis.
Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury and banking operations.
Manage statutory, internal and tax audits.
Handle banking relationships, loan documentation and fund planning.
Establish financial controls, SOPs and process improvements.




Drive ERP-based accounting and financial process automation.
Lead and develop the Finance & Accounts team.
Provide financial analysis and insights to management for decision-making.

Requirements
MBA Finance / M.Com.
8–10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior managerial role.
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Financial Reporting and Audits.
Strong experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, MIS and Treasury.
Experience with Tally Prime, SAP or other ERP systems.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.

Preferred Industry

Experience in Automobile Dealership, Automotive, Manufacturing, Retail or Trading industries will be preferred.

Job Location: Nellore, Andhra Pradesh

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
