Key Responsibilities
Guest & Client Interaction: Greet families, visitors, and children warmly to create a nurturing and inclusive first impression.
Appointment Management: Handle the scheduling and confirmation of therapy sessions, including Speech, Occupational, and Behavioural therapy appointments.
Call Handling: Answer and direct incoming calls, provide basic information about services (like the School Readiness Program), and handle inquiries via phone or email.
Administrative Support: Manage front-desk records, coordinate with the expert team of therapists, and assist with billing or receipt handling.
Reception Upkeep: Ensure the waiting and reception area remains tidy, skilled, and child-friendly.
Requirements & Qualifications
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and the local language (Malayalam)
is typically preferred for effectively interacting with parents.
Education: Minimum of a degree (any field) is often required for front office roles in this region.
Experience: While freshers may be considered, 1–2 years of experience in a front office, healthcare, or school setting is often preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and handling office equipment like printers or scanners.
Personal Traits: A patient, empathetic, and professional attitude is essential for working in a child development setting.
