Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, counselling prospective students, explaining course details, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle student enquiries through calls and follow-ups.
Counsel students based on their career and course requirements.
Explain course details, perks, fees, and admission process.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
Maintain candidate records and update CRM.
Build solid relationships with students and parents.
Resolve queries and provide timely assistance.

Requirements:
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Sales, counselling, telecalling, or customer-handling experience preferred.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
Graduate candidates preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
