Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment activities remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through various recruitment platforms.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate with shortlisted candidates.
Schedule interviews with the management.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate with the management to ensure timely closure of positions.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid sourcing and candidate-handling skills.
Ability to work independently in a Work From Home workplace.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
