Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support sales operations, handle customer enquiries, coordinate with the sales team, manage leads and ensure smooth sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with customers.
Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into orders.
Coordinate with the sales team and manage daily work allocation.
Prepare MIS, billing and sales reports.
Schedule meetings with potential clients and follow up regularly.
Collect event leads and support current customer registrations.
Handle customer queries, feedback and complaints.
Requirements
Any Graduate
Experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Relationship or Business Development.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS and basic reporting.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
