Job Description – Executive / Junior Executive – Custom House Agent (CHA)

We are looking for a Fresher or candidate with 6 months to 1 year of experience in Custom House Agent (CHA) operations to support Import and Export shipments. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and checking shipping and customs-related documents, handling billing and documentation, coordinating with clients, customs authorities, shipping lines, freight forwarders, transporters and internal teams, and ensuring timely processing of Import and Export shipments. The role will involve preparation of invoices, job files, checklists and other shipment-related documents, maintaining accurate records, following up for pending documents and payments, assisting in customs clearance activities,



updating shipment status, and ensuring compliance with applicable customs procedures and company requirements. The ideal candidate should have positive communication and coordination skills, basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a quick-paced logistics workplace. Freshers with a relevant educational background in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce or a related field are also encouraged to apply.
