Previous experience as a Sous Chef / Senior CDP / Chef de Partie in a restaurant, hotel, or food-service operation.
Robust knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
Good leadership and team-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen workplace.
Positive communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of food cost, inventory control, and portion management.
Culinary qualification or relevant professional experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
