Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and budget allocation.
Track campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in performance marketing.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
Robust analytical skills with experience optimizing campaign performance.
Experience working with D2C, eCommerce, or marketing agencies is preferred.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
