Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Business Manager to manage business operations, drive growth, and develop strategic opportunities in the education sector. Candidates with prior experience in the education industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
Manage day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Identify new business prospects and potential partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, institutions, and business partners.
Monitor sales, admissions, and overall business performance.
Lead and motivate team members to achieve organizational goals.
Prepare regular business reports and performance updates.
Conduct market research and analyze competitors and industry trends.




Support marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and admissions.
Coordinate with different departments to achieve business objectives.
Ensure excellent customer/student experience and address concerns effectively.

Requirements
MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in the education industry is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of sales, marketing, and business development.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage a team.
Target-oriented with a strong focus on business growth.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in educational institutions, training institutes, EdTech companies, colleges, or business schools will be given preference.

Salary & Benefits

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on experience, skills, and interview performance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
