HR Executive – Job Description
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and selection.
Manage joining, onboarding, employee documentation, and induction activities.
Coordinate manpower requirements with HODs and support timely recruitment.
Handle employee engagement activities, grievance handling, and employee relations.
Maintain HR records, personnel files, and HRMS data.
Support performance management, training, confirmation, and exit formalities.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, and statutory requirements.
Prepare HR MIS reports related to recruitment, manpower, attrition, and employee activities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
