Express Network is hiring an experienced Fiber Technician to independently handle fiber network installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and field service activities.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in fiber network work and be capable of diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle recent fiber and FTTH installations.

Perform fiber network troubleshooting and fault identification.

Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of fiber infrastructure.

Attend network complaints and restore services within the required time.

Handle fiber cables, tools and testing equipment responsibly.

Coordinate with Network Engineers and senior technicians when required.

Maintain proper workmanship, safety and site discipline.

Required Skills & Experience:

4–8 years of relevant hands - on experience in fiber, broadband or telecom networks.

Strong practical knowledge of fiber installation, troubleshooting and maintenance.





Ability to independently identify and resolve field-level fiber faults.

Knowledge of fiber splicing, jointing and testing will be an added advantage.

Experience with FTTH and broadband networks preferred.

Driving Requirement:

Valid driving licence and practical driving experience for 2-wheelers, 3-wheelers and 4-wheelers are mandatory.

Candidate must be comfortable with regular field travel and outdoor technical work.
