Manage daily inbound, sorting, scanning, loading, unloading, dispatch and outbound operations.
Supervise and manage Ground Coordinators, Field Executives, Loaders, Associates and other operational staff.
Allocate manpower and responsibilities based on shipment volume and operational requirements.
Prepare duty rosters and monitor attendance and manpower utilization.
Conduct daily shift briefings and ensure proper task allocation.
Monitor operational KPIs such as TAT, productivity, shipment accuracy, SLA adherence and delivery performance.
Ensure timely shipment processing and dispatch.
Monitor ageing shipments, delays, missing shipments and operational exceptions.
Handle operational escalations and coordinate with relevant teams for quick resolution.
Provide on-the-job training,



coaching and performance feedback to team members.
Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, safety, quality, security and compliance standards.
Maintain workplace discipline and housekeeping.
Prepare and share daily MIS and operational reports.
Coordinate with Managers, Transport, HR, Vendors and other cross-functional teams.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce operational errors.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
