Coordinate between sales, engineering, production, and dispatch departments for order execution.
Prepare and manage quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, order status, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.
Assist the sales team in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
Maintain accurate records of customer orders, pricing, inventory, and production schedules.
Collaborate with engineering teams to understand product specifications and customer requirements.
Monitor production timelines and communicate any delays or changes to customers.
Support procurement and logistics coordination for timely material availability and shipment.
Generate sales reports, MIS reports, and customer databases.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Having valuable experience in GEM portal

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
