Key Responsibilities
Install and commission equipment or systems at client locations
Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections
Diagnose technical faults and carry out repairs
Respond to customer service requests and breakdown calls
Maintain service reports and documentation
Provide technical support and training to customers
Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and escalations
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper functioning
Travel to customer sites when required

Required Skills
Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or electronic systems
Positive communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
Time management and field coordination




Familiarity with service management software

Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, IT, etc.)
Experience in field service or maintenance preferred
Knowledge of relevant tools and equipment

Preferred Experience
1–5 years in servicing industrial equipment, machinery, or technical systems
Experience with PLCs, networking, automation, or instrumentation (depending on industry)
