Dispatch Coordinator – Job Responsibilities
Coordinate daily dispatch activities with dealers, distributors, and internal departments.
Receive and process dealer orders as per requirements and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with the warehouse, production, sales, and transport teams for timely dispatch.
Prepare and verify dispatch-related documents such as invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and transport documents.
Track dispatched materials and ensure timely delivery to dealers.
Follow up with transporters and dealers regarding shipment status.
Resolve dispatch-related issues, shortages, damages, or delivery delays.
Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatches, pending orders, and delivery status.
Share daily/weekly dispatch reports with management and the sales team.
Coordinate with dealers regarding material availability, order status, and delivery timelines.
Ensure proper communication and customer service to maintain positive dealer relationships.

Pay: ₹11,950.90 - ₹46,001.88 per month
