Trainee Accountant / Junior Accountant

About the Role

We are looking for a sincere, responsible and detail-oriented Trainee Accountant / Junior

Accountant to join our accounts team. The candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting,

documentation and financial record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities

 Day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping

 Data entry and maintenance of accounts in Tally

 Recording purchase, sales, receipt and payment transactions

 Bank and ledger reconciliation

 Maintaining vouchers, invoices and supporting documents

 Assisting in preparation of MIS and accounting reports

 Working with MS Excel for accounting and data analysis, PAYROLL

 Assisting senior staff in GST, TDS and other routine accounting/compliance work

 Maintaining proper filing and documentation of financial records

 Any other accounting-related work assigned by the senior accountant

Eligibility & Skills

 B.Com / M.Com / Commerce graduate preferred

 Knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime is desirable

 Positive working knowledge of MS Excel





 Basic understanding of accounting principles

 Good numerical and analytical ability

 Valuable communication and interpersonal skills

 Should be sincere, disciplined, organised and willing to learn

 Freshers with positive academic background and basic Tally knowledge are welcome to

apply

 Candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience will be preferred
