Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a technical/analytical background to join our Business Development & Marketing team. This role is ideal for candidates interested in IT/software sales, client interaction, and business growth.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients through market research, online platforms, and outreach activities
Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and networking platforms
Communicate with clients, understand requirements, and assist in closing deals
Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales pitches
Use platforms like LinkedIn and online portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) for lead generation
Promote IT services, software solutions, and digital marketing offerings
Maintain and update sales pipeline and activity reports
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and delivery
Leverage tools like ChatGPT and other AI-based tools for research and communication

Skills Required:
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Interest in sales, marketing, and client interaction




Basic understanding of IT services/software/digital marketing (preferred)
Good research and analytical skills
Confidence, self-motivation, and a proactive attitude
Ability to work both independently and in a team
