US HEALTHCARE – INBOUND VOICE PROCESS
Position Overview

We are hiring for an Inbound Voice Process supporting US-based customers with queries related to healthcare insurance.

The role is ideal for candidates with strong English communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to handle customer queries accurately and professionally.
Job Details

Experience: Fresher / Experienced

Work Mode: Work From Office

Shift: US Shift / Night Shift

Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday

Salary: Up to ₹3.3 LPA (CTC)

Relocation Advantage: Up to ₹25,000*

Cab Facility: One-way drop facility, subject to transport eligibility

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from US customers regarding healthcare insurance.
Assist with queries related to claims, policies, coverage, eligibility, payments, and authorizations.
Provide accurate and timely information while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Record customer interactions accurately in the required systems.
Maintain confidentiality and follow applicable data privacy and process guidelines.
Resolve customer concerns or escalate complex queries to the appropriate team.
Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer-service standards.
Candidate Profile




Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Good comprehension and analytical abilities.
Solid customer-service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
Basic knowledge of professional communication and email etiquette.
Comfortable working night shifts and from office.
Candidates must not be pursuing a full time educational course.
Candidates with relevant BPO/customer-service experience will be preferred.
Candidates willing to relocate, if required, may apply.
