About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth, generate new leads, develop client relationships, and convert opportunities into successful event and corporate gifting projects.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through calls, meetings, networking, referrals, and online channels.
Identify and approach potential corporate clients for event management, corporate events, destination weddings, corporate gifting, and related services.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to prepare proposals and quotations.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while maintaining company profitability.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a proper database of leads, prospects, clients, and sales follow-ups.
Coordinate with the operations and event teams for smooth project handover after confirmation.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and current business opportunities.
Develop long-term corporate accounts and repeat business.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Event Management, Hospitality, Corporate Gifting, or a related industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and convincing abilities.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Good networking and relationship-building skills.
Ability to handle multiple clients and sales opportunities simultaneously.
Knowledge of the corporate and events market will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
