Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant data entry experience and be comfortable working from the office.

The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across internal systems and databases while ensuring data quality and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data accurately into company systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Review and correct data entry errors.
Maintain and organize digital and physical records.
Perform data validation and cross-check information when required.
Handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.




Prepare basic reports and maintain daily data entry records.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies.
Complete assigned data entry tasks within required deadlines.
Follow company processes and data quality standards.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant data entry experience is mandatory.
Valuable typing speed with high accuracy.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working from the office.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
