Customer Service Representatives (CSR)

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and qualified manner.
Explain game rules, facilities, and activities clearly to customers.
Demonstrate games and assist customers during their experience.
Handle billing, cashiering, and payment transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment.
Address customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
Follow company policies, procedures, grooming standards, and uniform guidelines.
Work effectively as part of a team.
Ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.

Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate.
Freshers are welcome to apply
Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-service orientation and a positive attitude.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced entertainment setting.
Comfortable with standing for extended periods.
Comfortable working rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Candidates currently residing in Mumbai are preferred.





Working Hours
9-hour shift per day
1 weekly weekly off
Weekends and public holidays may be working days depending on business requirements.

Shift Timings
F - Rotational Shifts
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

M - Rotational Shifts
1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Shift Flexibility: Candidates should be comfortable with the applicable rotational shifts during the initial 15 days of employment.
