Position: Assistant Production Manager
Experience: 10+ Years
Industry: Static Equipment / Heavy Engineering Manufacturing – Mandatory
Joining: IMMEDIATE JOINER – HIGHLY PREFERRED
Salary: ₹12 – ₹14 LPA
Location: Shirol, Shahapur

Candidates who can join immediately or within a very short notice period will be given HIGH PRIORITY.

We are specifically looking for experienced specialists who can take charge of production operations with minimal transition time.

Candidate Profile – Must Have
10+ years of relevant Production / Fabrication experience
Mandatory experience in Static Equipment / Heavy Engineering Manufacturing
Hands-on experience in manufacturing of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Storage Tanks, Skids, Piping Spools or similar equipment
Robust knowledge of fabrication,



welding, fit-up, assembly and shop-floor operations
Experience in manpower handling, production planning, scheduling and resource management
Ability to independently manage production targets and delivery schedules
Solid coordination with Design, Planning/PMG, Quality, Procurement, Stores, Maintenance and other departments
Immediate joiners / candidates serving a short notice period will be strongly preferred
