Required Skills:-
Good knowledge of HR operations and documentation.
Basic knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR activities.

Required Qualifications:-
MBA / PG Diploma in Human Resources.
1–4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in infrastructure, construction, engineering or similar industries.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
