Key Responsibilities
Design HVAC systems including cooling/heating load calculations, duct sizing, equipment selection, and ventilation design.
Prepare plumbing layouts, water supply, drainage, and sewage system designs.
Design fire fighting and fire protection systems as per relevant standards.
Develop detailed engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
Perform equipment selection and prepare technical specifications.
Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, structural, and architectural teams.
Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and material specifications.
Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with project standards.
Conduct site visits for design verification and technical support.
Ensure designs comply with local building codes, ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA, IPC, and other applicable standards.
Participate in client meetings and resolve technical queries.




Support project execution teams during installation and commissioning.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
