Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Domestic Sales Executive to develop new business, manage existing customers, generate sales, and achieve assigned sales targets in the domestic market.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and develop new customers in the domestic market.
Handle enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order processing.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Follow up with customers for orders and payments.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and other departments for smooth order execution.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.
Requirements
Graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
3–10 years of experience in domestic sales/business development.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Solid customer-handling and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Immediate joiner preferred.
