Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to join our team in Durg / Bhilai. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a similar role, along with robust communication skills in Hindi and English.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
Follow up with customers regarding jewellery enquiries, offers, promotions, and new collections.
Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
Encourage prospective customers to visit the showroom.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and leads.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, customer details, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the showroom sales team regarding customer leads and appointments.
Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and lead-generation targets.




Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Eligibility & Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of relevant experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or sales.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Confident and comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.
Positive convincing and follow-up abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.
Target-oriented, disciplined, and self-motivated.
Previous experience in jewellery, retail, luxury products, or showroom sales will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
