Skill Apex Group of Institutions is looking for a responsible and motivated Academic Counsellor cum Centre In-Charge to manage the day-to-day academic and administrative activities of our Aluva centre.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of the Aviation/Travel & Tourism sector, good communication skills, and the ability to handle both student admissions and centre-level responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the centre.
Handle overall centre-related responsibilities and administration.
Counsel prospective students regarding courses, eligibility, career opportunities, and admissions.
Handle and coordinate the student admission process.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain student records, admission details, and other academic documentation.
Coordinate with students, parents, faculty, and management.
Handle basic Aviation-related subjects/papers when required.
Support the academic team in maintaining the quality of training and student experience.
Ensure smooth functioning of the centre and timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
Prepare and maintain necessary centre reports and records.
Handle other academic and administrative duties assigned by the management.

Qualification




Any UG/PG degree in Travel, Tourism, Aviation, or a related field.
OR
UG/PG Diploma in Aviation/Aviation-related sector.
Candidates with relevant industry or academic exposure will be preferred.

Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or relevant sector.
Experience in academic counselling, admissions, aviation, education, or centre management will be an advantage.
