Handle customer enquiries and recommend suitable automobile spare parts.
Generate sales through walk-in customers, calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and identify the correct parts based on vehicle model and specifications.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders accurately.
Coordinate with the inventory team to check product availability and arrange parts.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and pending payments.
Maintain valuable relationships with existing customers and develop recent customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain accurate sales records and update customer information.
Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
Coordinate with purchase, inventory, and accounts teams for smooth order processing.
Stay updated on automobile spare parts, brands, prices, and product applications.
