We are looking for a motivated MBA candidate to join our HR team as an intern. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR functions within a consulting environment — from recruitment and onboarding to policy development, performance management, and culture initiatives. It's an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a strong foundation in strategic and operational HR practices.

Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate assessment/evaluation
Assist in onboarding and induction for new hires
Contribute to the development and documentation of HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks
Support performance evaluation processes, including assessment grading and evaluation reporting
Assist with employee engagement and culture initiatives (e.g., culture rollout programs)
Help draft internal communications, policy reminders, and HR announcements
Support employer branding efforts, including LinkedIn and hiring outreach content
Assist with compensation & benefits related documentation and processes




Maintain HR trackers, reports, and MIS as required
Provide support on ad hoc HR projects, including succession planning and organizational initiatives

Required Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed MBA (HR specialization preferred, but other specializations with strong HR interest may apply)
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Solid organizational and multitasking skills
