PERFORMANCE MARKETER

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to generate quality leads and improve customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
Develop and execute lead-generation and customer-acquisition strategies.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, leads, conversions, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
Conduct audience, keyword, and competitor research.
Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Analyze campaign data and continuously optimize performance.
Track conversions using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.




Coordinate with the creative/content team for high-performing ad creatives.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Requirements:
2 years of hands-on experience in Performance/Digital Marketing.
Robust knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
Good analytical and data interpretation skills.
Ability to manage advertising budgets and meet campaign targets.
Robust communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Candidates with proven campaign results or a portfolio will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
