What You'll Do
Write compelling copy for Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms as needed
Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels
Plan and execute a content calendar in collaboration with the marketing team
Stay on top of trends, memes, and platform best practices to keep content fresh
Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other writers to bring campaigns to life
Monitor engagement metrics and adjust content strategy based on performance
Respond to comments and engage with the community when needed
Research industry trends and competitor content for inspiration

What We're Looking For
1–3+ years of experience writing for social media (agency, brand, or freelance)
A solid portfolio or work samples showing range across platforms and tones
Excellent writing, editing,



and proofreading skills
Understanding of platform-specific best practices and algorithms
Comfortable using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer)
A positive eye for what makes content "click" — visually and editorially
Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
Bonus: basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
