The O&M; Engineer monitors, analyzes, and optimizes the performance of rooftop solar assets. This role leads preventive maintenance schedules, diagnoses complex electrical and inverter faults, and manages emergency breakdown repairs to ensure systems meet their contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities Performance Monitoring & Analytics: Track daily energy generation using Remote Monitoring Systems (SCADA / IoT portals) and flag low-performing strings or inverter trippings. Analyze Performance Ratio (PR) and generation data to prepare monthly operational reports for clients. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Schedule and execute routine preventive maintenance (PM) checklists across inverter stations, combiner boxes, transformers, and switchgear. Lead breakdown troubleshooting (CM) for ground faults, grid-tripping issues,



rapid shutdown failures, and thermal hotspots. Vendor & Asset Management: Process manufacturer warranty claims for defective solar modules, inverters, and battery storage units (BESS). Manage local site technicians, subcontractor schedules, and critical spare parts inventory (breakers, fuses, spare modules). Compliance & Grid Coordination: Serve as the technical contact point for local electricity utilities regarding net-metering meters, grid outages, and power factor compliance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
