About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their business requirements, introducing our services, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
Introduce the company and explain our branding, advertising, and digital marketing services.
Understand client requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
Follow up with prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
Schedule meetings or consultations for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.

Requirements




Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and qualified telephone manner.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets.
Ability to handle objections and communicate effectively with prospects.
Good follow-up and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Knowledge of branding, advertising, or digital marketing will be an advantage.
