About US:

"Gud Friday" is looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales operations for our frozen food products. The role is responsible for driving sales growth, achieving business targets, expanding distribution and market presence, leading the sales team, developing customer relationships, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies .

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and drive sales operations for the company’s frozen food products.
Achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and market expansion through effective sales planning and execution.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, supermarkets, HoReCa, and institutional customers.
Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team, ensuring effective route planning, market coverage, and productivity.




Conduct regular market visits to identify recent business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
Ensure product availability, freezer placement, stock rotation, and proper cold-chain practices across the market.
Monitor distributor performance, sales collections, and outstanding payments to ensure smooth business operations.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market updates and coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
Sales: 2 years (Required)
Frozen Products: 2 years (Required)

Willingness to travel:
75% (Preferred)
