Key Responsibilities
Conduct in depth market research and competitor analysis for client brands to identify prospects and trends
Develop and lead data driven marketing strategies tailored to each client's goals and target audience
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid channels
Lead and mentor the marketing team, assigning tasks and ensuring quality and timely delivery
Oversee content strategy and content creation across social media, blogs, and ad creatives
Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other digital marketing initiatives
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, etc.)
Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend for maximum ROI
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging tools
Collaborate with design and sales teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals
Present strategies, performance reports, and insights to clients and leadership

Required Skills
3+ years of experience in performance/digital marketing,



with at least 1 year in a leadership or team lead role
Proven expertise in running and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms
Solid analytical skills comfortable with market research, data analysis, and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategy
Experience managing multiple client brands/campaigns simultaneously
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and client-presentation skills
Ability to build marketing strategies from scratch based on market/audience research

Positive to Have
Experience in an agency environment managing multiple client accounts
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
Basic knowledge of graphic design/video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) to guide content teams
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
