Stipend & PPO
First 3 Months: ₹5,000/month
Next 3 Months: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000/month (Performance-Based)
PPO: ₹15,000/month (Performance-Based)

About the Role

UXDLAB Software is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR team. The candidate will gain practical exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding and corporate HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and qualified platforms.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
Maintain candidate and employee records.
Assist with onboarding and joining formalities




Coordinate with employees and different departments.
Assist in recruitment and other HR activities.

Requirements
Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace is preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.
