Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Business One (SAP B1) Executive to manage day-to-day SAP B1 operations, user support, data management, and coordination with different departments to ensure smooth ERP functioning.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support day-to-day SAP B1 operations.

Handle modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production, Finance, and Accounts.

Create and maintain master data, including Item Master, Business Partner Master, and BOM.

Support Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, GRPO, Goods Issue, Delivery, Invoice, and Stock Transfer processes.

Monitor inventory, production transactions, and stock movements in SAP B1.

Provide SAP B1 support and troubleshooting to users.

Coordinate with Finance, Purchase, Production, Stores, Sales, and Dispatch departments.

Generate and maintain MIS reports using SAP B1.

Identify system/process issues and coordinate with SAP consultants for resolution.

Ensure data accuracy and proper transaction entries in SAP B1.

Conduct user training and prepare basic process documentation.





Assist in SAP B1 implementation, customization, upgrades, and process improvements.

Maintain proper authorization and user access as per company requirements.

Required Skills

Robust knowledge of SAP Business One.

Good understanding of ERP processes in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Production, and Finance processes.

Basic knowledge of SQL queries and SAP B1 reporting will be an advantage.

Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.

Positive communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple user requirements.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Commerce, or a related field.

SAP B1 certification or relevant ERP experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
