Key Responsibilities • Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages and online queries professionally. • Manage and monitor online orders received through different platforms. • Coordinate order processing, packing and dispatch with the internal team. • Provide customers with order updates and resolve basic queries or concerns. • Maintain proper records of orders, customer details and follow-ups. • Welcome and assist clients visiting the studio and provide a warm customer experience. • Coordinate with the team to ensure timely order fulfilment and smooth daily operations. • Build positive relationships with customers and represent the Aura by Khushbu brand professionally.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
