Job Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor CNC Router machines to perform precision machining operations.*

Read and understand engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical instructions.

Set up CNC Router machines including tools, fixtures, and materials before starting production.

Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.

Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.

Measure finished products using instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues during production.

Maintain production records and report daily output to the supervisor.

Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean working setting.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of CNC machine operation.

Ability to read technical drawings and measurements.

Knowledge of measuring tools and instruments.





Basic understanding of machining processes and tools.

Attention to detail and quality control.

Ability to work in shifts if required.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma / ITI in Machanical Engineering/B.Tech, Production, or relevant technical field.

Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field OR

Diploma/Certificate in CNC Technology OR

Experience as a 2D Designer with CNC machine operation knowledge.

5+ years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing setting.

Technical Skills:

CNC Machine Operation

Reading Engineering & 2D Drawings

AutoCAD (Preferred)

Basic CNC Programming (G-Code/M-Code)

Tool Selection & Machine Setup

Machine Calibration

Quality Inspection using Measuring Instruments

Preventive Machine Maintenance

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
