Role Summary

In this role, you will help Ather customers by resolving their queries via email. There are no phone calls involved in this process.

What You Will Do
Read and respond to customer questions and issues through email.
Provide rapid, polite, and accurate support regarding Ather products and services.
Maintain explicit and transparent written communication while keeping customer satisfaction high.

Hiring Details
Open Positions: 20 openings every month
Work Type: Non-Voice Support (Email only)

Who Can Apply?
Education: Must be a Graduate (Degree required).
Experience: Must have at least 6 months of experience in email or non-voice customer support.
Languages Needed:
Good written English (Mandatory)
Any one regional language

Salary Package
Monthly CTC (Total Package): ₹23,000 per month
Monthly Take-Home (In-Hand): ₹22,500 per month

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
