Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage and analyze business data, prepare accurate MIS reports, and support management with timely insights for effective decision-making. The candidate should have strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
Collect, validate, and maintain data from multiple departments.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
Create and maintain dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
Analyze business data and identify trends to support decision-making.
Generate ad hoc reports as requested by management.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect and consolidate information.
Maintain databases and ensure proper documentation of reports.
Automate repetitive reports using Excel functions and tools where possible.
Ensure confidentiality and security of business data.

Required Skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF Functions, Charts, Conditional Formatting, Power Query preferred).
Positive knowledge of MS Office (Word,



PowerPoint, Outlook).
Basic knowledge of SQL or Power BI is an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience
1–2 years of experience as an MIS Executive, MIS Analyst, Reporting Executive, or in a similar reporting role.

CTC: As per company standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
