Roles and Responsibilities:
Carry out welding work as per approved fabrication/welding drawings.
Check dimensions, squareness, alignment and fit-up before welding.
Ensure proper welding sequence to avoid distortion and dimensional variation.
Perform MIG/TIG/arc welding as required for the job.
Check weld quality and ensure proper weld penetration and finishing.
Carry out grinding and weld finishing wherever required.
Identify and report welding defects, dimensional issues and material problems to the supervisor.
Follow the daily production plan and complete assigned jobs within the target time.
Ensure proper handling and movement of fabricated panels, doors and components.
Maintain housekeeping and 5S around the welding area.
Use welding machines, tools and fixtures safely and correctly.
Support continuous improvement activities to reduce welding defects, rework and cycle time.

Skills :




MIG/ARC welding skills
Knowledge of welding techniques and equipment
Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings
Basic knowledge of panel fabrication and sheet metal work
Ability to perform cutting, grinding, drilling, and fitting work

Preferred Attributes
ITI/Diploma in Welding, Fitter, or related trade preferred
1–3 years of relevant welding/fabrication experience preferred
Experience in electrical panel fabrication is an added advantage
Valuable physical fitness and ability to work in a manufacturing setting

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
