Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and approved requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors, and other site personnel.
Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
Check measurements and assist in quantity calculations and material requirements.
Track daily work progress and maintain basic site records and reports.
Assist in preparing material requirements and coordinating timely availability at site.
Identify and report site issues, deviations, and delays to the reporting manager.
Coordinate with the engineering team for drawings, clarifications, and site requirements.
Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to basic site safety practices.




Support inspection and completion of civil works as per project requirements.

Preferred Candidate
0–1 year of experience in civil construction/site work.
Freshers with positive technical knowledge and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with internship/site experience will have an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
