Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues in a clear, respectful, and collaborative manner.
Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience working with kindergarten or preschool-age children in a classroom setting is highly beneficial.
Ability to maintain a protected, caring, and inclusive environment and to manage classroom behavior in a positive, constructive way.
