Hiring: Real Estate Sales Executive / Sales Manager

About the Role

BHK World is looking for Sales Executives / Sales Managers to join our growing real estate team.

The candidate will be based at our Wagle Estate, Thane office and should have valuable knowledge of the Central Mumbai real estate market, including Mulund, Bhandup, Nahur, Kanjurmarg, Vikhroli, Ghatkopar, Powai, Vidyavihar, Kurla and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
Handle and follow up on company-provided real estate leads.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Conduct regular client follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and meetings.
Coordinate and conduct property site visits.
Convert leads into successful property transactions.
Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals.
Maintain proper lead and follow-up records.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Keep updated with property projects, pricing and market trends in Central Mumbai.

Candidate Requirements
Good knowledge of Central Mumbai real estate markets.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Robust convincing and negotiation abilities.




Good follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Comfortable travelling for client meetings and site visits.
Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred.
Candidates with experience in other sales industries may also apply.
Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in real estate are welcome.
