Sales Executive (Office-Based)Job Summary

We are looking for a back office Sales Executive to handle customer orders, coordinate with clients over phone calls, and maintain sales records. The role is primarily office-based and involves customer communication, order management, and data entry in Excel.

Responsibilities
Receive and process customer orders over phone calls.
Communicate with customers regarding product inquiries and order status.
Maintain customer and sales records in Microsoft Excel.
Prepare and update daily order and sales reports.
Coordinate with the dispatch and operations team for smooth order processing.
Follow up with customers when required.
Perform routine office and sales support activities.

Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
Graduates from any stream can apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Required Skills




Basic computer knowledge.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Good communication skills.
Basic data entry and record maintenance skills.
Ability to handle customer calls professionally.

This is not a field sales job.
This is an office-based role.
No fixed monthly sales target is assigned.
The role focuses on customer order handling, coordination, and record management rather than target-based sales activities.
