About the Role

We are looking for a Human Resource Executive to support and execute the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination, selection, onboarding, and other HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Identify resource requirements and prepare accurate job descriptions.
Create targeted keywords to source relevant candidate profiles.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Build relationships with training institutions and consulting centres.
Coordinate with college placement cells in and around Trichy.
Develop creative sourcing strategies beyond traditional job portals.
Conduct initial candidate screening and skilled screening calls.
Maintain regular communication with shortlisted candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Support onboarding, relieving,



and other HR activities.
Contribute to initiatives that promote a positive work setting.

Eligibility

UG: B.E / B.Tech
PG: MBA / MA HRM / MSW / M.Sc Psychology
